Where are you located? We are located within the grounds of the Centurion Hotel. Planet Volt is located in the top right-hand corner of the car park.  

‍Is play time restricted? During peak times – Weekends & school holidays 2-hour sessions will be bookable. During weekday term time it will be unlimited play between our opening hours.  

‍Can adults go on the play equipment with children? Yes, to assist your child.

‍When is last entry? Term Time 9:30-17:30 / Weekends & School Holidays 9:30-16:00 

‍Do I need to pre-book? Pre-booking is advisable & it’s the only way to guarantee, but you can always turn up & see if we have space to play.

‍Do you sell gift vouchers? Yes, we do & these are digital & available from reception or online.

‍Do you offer free car parking? Yes, we have a large car park here on site.

‍Is there Wi-Fi? We have free lightning-fast Wi-Fi! You will need to register to access the Wi-Fi.

‍Do you have baby changing? Yes

‍Do you have air con? Yes.

‍Do you cater for allergies? If you have an allergy, please ensure you inform a conductor at the time of ordering. All our conductors are allergen awareness trained.

‍What time do you serve food? Our Recharge Café is open 9am ~ 6pm

‍Can I take Photos/videos? Yes, but only of your own children or group.

‍Do you run SEN Sessions? Unfortunately not currently, due to demand not being surfficiant.

‍What are your age limits? Little Amps area for babies & toddles 0-4 years old, Junior soft play 4-10 years old, inflatable age varies on time of day from toddlers to teenager.

‍What should my children wear? Our grip socks are required for all areas (these can be purchased from reception). Long sleeves & trousers advised for our inflatable.

‍Can I bring my own food? No

‍What should I do if my child has an accident? Please inform a Conductor.

‍What is your policy on parents supervising children? Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

‍Can I hire Planet Volt for a Private Event? Yes, you can book the entire park exclusively or make a large group booking. Please contact hello@planetvolt.co.uk for more information.
